every single page is like this, even my admincp. i re-installed my mods, and that worked. as soon as a unistalled ONE, this happened...

Did you delete the necessary files prior to uninstalling your modifications?

no. the files are still on the server

You should delete the files pertaining to the particular mod you want to uninstall after you uninstall the mod from your products and plugins in your admincp

Also, make sure you remove any edits to files and/or templates after uninstallation.

ok news: i erased the files, and reuplaoded the files and this popped up:

and now if i navigate to said file, on said line, this is there:
