Disabled Forum rules, need to make manditory TOS "I agree ..." checkbox in reg

I'm trying to remove the initial forum rules before registration page, and simply have an "I agree to follow $sitename's terms of service/ rules" on the registration form page.

How would I have Vbulletin send an error upon clicking submit if the checkbox isn't checked off?
