total error

I recently installed a few mods, but they didn't work so good, and i forgot to uninstall the mod from the AdminCP, and instead i just deleteed the files via FTP.

now, i can't access ANY part of my forums, even the adminCP:

I've reuploaded all of my vBulletin files, and completely erased all of my mods, yet it still shows.

Reinstall those plugins and then uninstall them correctly via the admincp.
