Can Smilie Size/Attribute be increased?
 

Hey folks, not to be see as not very knowledgeable but I received this questions in my forums and don't know how to respond.

Is there any chance you can raise the acceptable limit for these little emoticons, smiley, animated .gif files. Many are 30 to 40kb and you're only allowing a maximum of 19.5kb so they cannot be used. We'd appreciate it if you'd increase the limit to 41kb, as that would cover almost anything.
