Help about session error

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Screen show this error when i add a new thread (Forum).
Anybody help me please!! Thanks!

I don't know, but when I go to vb.com and search on that error "Unable to add cookies, header already sent" it turns up a lot of stuff. Something there has to be helpful.
