Create a form users fill out that are published as articles?
 

Hi, I?m pretty new to vbulletin and could use some help. I would like to create a way for users on my site to fill out a form with information, which is then published as an article, NOT on a thread or blog. Specifically, I want to make a form users can fill out to make book reviews, something like this:

Name: (user inserts book title here)
Author: (user inserts author here)
Genre: (user can select from multiple checkboxes)
Review: (text area for user to enter their thoughts on the book)

And then of course adding search tags and titles and publishing the form as an article. I?ve seen this done before but am not sure how to go about doing it. Does any one know of any preexisting mods that I can use for this, or suggestions on how to do it myself? I?d appreciate any help :)
