How to make New Posts show for guests
 
I thought I had seen an answer to this question, but I can't find it by searching, so here goes.

On my forum, if a guest (not logged in) clicks on New Posts or Today's Posts they get this

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. So, my busy forum looks dead.

I looked thru the permissions, couldn't find a way to change this.

I want guests to be able to see New Posts and Today's Posts.
