Move attachments to file system! I need help!

I'm moving my forum from a shared server to my a Linux virtual server. But attachments not showing.
The settings I've seen on the images below.

The attachments directory and ALL directories above it have been chmod to 777 recursively.

Please help me to resolve the problem.
