Sorting on the Admin CP

IMHO the layout of the various options in the Admin CP and the vBulletin Options panel is chaotic. Is there anyway to sort them?

I would love to be able to sort alphabetically both the vBulletin Options Settings listing and the drop down menus on the left. It is a pain scanning up and down looking for stuff.
