I'm getting this when i'm trying to go to the second page in a thread any ideas on what's causing this? Thanks in advanced!

In the second page of any thread? Or of a specific thread?

Anyway, it's most likely mod_security (or suhosin) which means you should ask your host about this and whether they can relax the rules.
