New Members Question

i am running 4.1.2 and the question i have is there are a few new members that join my site with secondary visiting staff privileges and i know my other admin didnt change them like that ....does anyone know how i can remedy this or what causes this to happen thanks in advance...

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit Usergroup

and/or

AdminCP > Users > Search for Users > then search for those users and change their usergroups

It would also be wise to check your Usergroup Promotions as well, along with any similar modifications you may have installed that could've affected this

thanks for quick reply not sure that will help the new members that join are already have visiting checked as secondary user group when we check user profile in admin i want to know did i miss a setting somewhere in vb i am unaware of that is causing this or maybe a template has to be changed ect
