Registration Questions

I have searched and searched for the last couple of days, but can't find one anywhere, but i know it exists (or at least i think it does).

I'm looking for a mod that will close registrations and if new members wish to register, have to fill in an application form (with questions set by me). Then i read their responses and decide to approve or not their application to join.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Thanx

p.S I am using 4.0.8

Try VSa-Advanced Registrations. It will let you set questions and will still let you have the ReCAPTCHA set. : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...d+registration

Hi Special Pages,

Thanx for the reply, but i already have it installed and it's not what i need. I think you may also have misunderstood what i meant with setting questions etc. With VSa-Advanced Registration, you set questions, which is to prove they are human, not bot. I am looking for some sort of application form, where i can set questions and depending on their answers and if they meet my criteria, would depend whether i accept their application and send them an invite to join my forum.

Couldn't you just define some new required user profile fields.

Then set the forum to moderate new users, and review the profile fields before approving?
