Banner Rotator

I need a Banner rotator that is reliable! Please get back to me I am running 3.8 need something that wil work good.

Just search for "Banner Rotator" there are quite a few options, all of them work well. Read the threads if you aren't sure of the quality, people will have brought up any problems.
