Looking for redirect Plugin

Hi, I am looking for a redirect script for external Links...

something that points a link to http://google.com/ to h**p://*ww.myhost.com/out.php?u=http://google.com

I want to code the out.php myself so everything I want the plugin to do is to add the part before the link and of course to remove it when someone edits the post..

and btw deactivating "Automatically parse links in text" does not work here
