I am looking for some one to code a design I created for my community but due to my lack of coding knowledge am not able to turn the design into an actual working vb style.

I am looking to have some one code and get the design working on my site and in reply I will design a custom design for you also. [Pretty much you code my design I create you a custom design as payment]
