Can I Change Path To ??

Hello,

Can I change and set path to "customavatars", "customgroupicons", "customprofilepics", "images" & "signaturepics" outside of my public_html folder to prevent leeching?

No. You can do this for attachments (put them outside of the public_html directory), but not avatars or profile pics.
