Bug - Cheat
 

Hello, a user of my forum discover that if you open two games and the same time, you can use the score from one to the other. When you finish one, it saves you the score in the other game.

Sometimes even if you close the other game, it saves the score.

Nobody?? Open two games at the same time, and prove it on your forums

I am sure there are a few other ways and programs.. to cheat
Make a new user group with no access to the arcade and put cheaters in to that group.
thats if you don't want to banned them..

nothing else you can do ..

There is already a Bugfix for this Problem released. I changed my Arcade to that Fix and never got this Problem again :)

Issue is because the Arcade is not sending any Game ID when you save HS. So it doesn`t know either this is Game A or Game B.

I fixed it on my Site and now.....

The Player that has 2 Windows open while playing two Games will get a Message from my Arcade that the Score won`t be saved because he might have opend 2 Windows and this is a Anti-Cheat Protection.

I`m kinda busy today....

a member in my forum get very high unreasonable score too, in about 20 games, surely by cheating, i already deleted all scores by him


anyone if you have information about this please share too where is the fix, or what should we do

in the admincp you can go to arcade > member management
add the user name hit search
then click Edit permissions
then tick
User is banned from the Arcade
set an example of this person in your forums ..
this is a temp fix for you till something turns up

I tried to reproduce the 2 game page open but I can't get it to save the higher score for me..

yes this is one we can do right now, i ban the user, and ban they ip too so they cant register using other username too
