how remove im fields?

I have restriction of my forum that members cant share emails between them nor IM Usernames BUT vBulletin itself have them.

Please help me that "how can I disable them"?

You will need to edit them out of the templates (or write a plugin to zap them before the template is rendered). If you do a Search in Templates for "skype" then I think you will see where they all are.

(This has also been covered a few times, so you may want to try a search and see if someone posted the specifics on how to do this easily.)
