Major Issue with vbulletin after moving to new server
Hello,
Was hopeing someone can help me with this issue im having that i been trying to figure out for a few days trying to fix it but my problem is that i have 2 websites i host who are running vb4 and they work fine on a virtual dedicated server i have but i just got a dedicated server and when i migrate them over to the new server after restoring both sites just fine and visiting the vb forum directory it will keep fowarding me to mysite.com/install/install.php everytime but it shouldnt be needing to install again as everything from the old server was moved to the new dedicated server i have and the MySQL databases seem to be just fine but i am stuck at this point cause even if i was to put the install directory there and everything it returns with a internal 500 error i even tried redoing the config.php with a fresh copy and replaceing the MySQL database info and still the same thing and i cant figure out why its doing that for i have moved vb forums from server to server before and never had this problem and any help would be so great |
Lynne will tell u to take this to vb.com as this is not mod related
