What is the name of the forum that should be loading there? Are there any strange characters in the title field?

No it was working fine but now it's not works in admincp cpanel this is possible problem come from htaccess

If you think it may be your htaccess, then remove the htaccess.

I'd also take a look at your error_logs. If you don't know where they are, ask your host.

i remove all htaccess from my site and i also cant move my forum as well see this below image and save button also not show

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

i did this but still problem by the way i also face this problem as well my site is this possible if i give you my panel could you check that

Also, I asked what was in the error_logs and you have not responded. Have you asked your host where they are and taken a look at them?

I need to know which of those errors happen at the time that you go to view your forums. All of those errors are from different things and different times, so they aren't all from that particular action.
