Member Profile is Redirecting

Hi,

We have an incident (just one that we know of anyway) whereby a member's avatar has disappeared and when clicked, his profile redirects to another members who has not been active on our site since the day they joined 13 weeks ago.

Any ideas?

Links please so we can see this.

Also, try disabling vbseo, if you use it, and see if you still have this issue.
