Threads in more than one forum

I am not sure if this is possible, but thought i'd ask anyway, I am looking for a way for people to choose say two forums, then create a thread that will show in both forums that people can reply too, if you are familiar with the BBC 606 forums you would understand, would be beyond vbulletin to do something similar.
