installed this but it's not working..

Better if there is option so that users with less than "x" no of posts cant send pm to anyone except admin & moderators usergroup.

Please post in the modification thread if you are having problems. That is a vB4 modification and it is not marked as reuseable code, so nobody may make changes to it and post it here anyway. If you think it doesn't work on your site, then post in the thread about the issue.
