Take a look in your config.php file. There is a line where you can enter the userid for Unalterable Users.

Open your config.php file and add your userid in where I have the xxx:
Code:

//    ****** UNDELETABLE / UNALTERABLE USERS ******
    //    The users specified here will not be deletable or alterable from the control panel by any users.
    //    To specify more than one user, separate userids with commas.
$config['SpecialUsers']['undeletableusers'] = 'xxx';

I told you where to look in the config.php file in post 4. You will need to ftp to your site in order to view the config.php file.

ftp is a way to get to the files you uploaded. What application did you use to upload the files to your site? Use whatever application you used there and then you can get and edit your files.
