Custom Thread Fields

Hey all,

I run a car enthuasist website and two of the forums within the site are;

Cars For Sale
Parts For Sale

I currently manually approve all ads due to members constantly updating ads and leaving out important aspects such as price, condition etc..

What im looking to do somehow is place "custom fields" in each section, ie;

When a user opts to start a new thread they will see custom fields that they have to fill out in order for the thread to become active, custom fields such as;

Price:

Year:

etc...

How is this possible? I had a search and couldn't find anything suitable?

I am looking for something similar and willing to pay someone for the programming if necessary.

My interest is in having a few custom fields that will allow users to search using these custom fields.
