Forbid Using of Specific Words in Topic Title
 

Hi guys,

I want to forbid using of some words in the topic title.

Words like "help", "urgent", "please", "pls" etc....

Users should not be able to create topics with these words in its title.

And another question:

Is there a system in vB that when users are typing the topic title, system will dynamically search the database and bring the topics with the same title...

So that there won't be a second topic over the same problem.
