Username in diffrent color

I have seen on a vB powered forum that users with more than 250 postings the username was colored green, and users with posts belof 250 were blue.

Where can I find or modify that?

They probably got promoted to another usergroup when they hit 250 posts and then the html markup from the new usergroup was green.
