Well i want to ask a question.

one users (of this site) Can put the "Add ons" to this forum to put on a blog?

This is legal ?

I'm not sure I understand the question fully.

If someone is a licensed vBulletin customer they are free to run add-ons on this site on their vBulletin forums.

If someone wanted to blog about add-ons here they could link to the threads here, but they can't offer mods for download directly from their blogs- add-ons on vBulletin.org can only be downloaded from vBulletin.org, they can't be offered for download elsewhere.
