Different language Forum title not showing up properly in activation emails

Hello there,
My forum's title is in Arabic, whenever a new user registers, the email sent is something like: Dear 123, Thank you for registering at the منتدى طلاب علم النفس - جامعة الإمارات. Before we can activate your account one last step must be taken to complete your registration. You can have a better look at the attachment. When I change the forum title to english it works fine and shows up properly, what should I do to keep it in arabic? Edit: Pasting the piece above from the email turns the gibberish into the forum title which you can see in arabic...am really confused. You can see the difference if you have a look at the attachment. |

I don't know much about these things, but it looks like the email is UTF-8 encoded (as I believe it should be), but maybe the email reader is not recognizing it as such. Is it possible to look at the email headers and see if something like
