How Can I Chan ge The Login Form?

I've installed a plugin which allows my users to log in with their email address instead of their usernames. The plugins working great, but I want to change the phrase 'user name' on the login form to 'email address'

How do I do that?

I've searched 'user name' in the phrase manager but can't find the correct section to edit.
