Does VB include a newsbot?
 
Is there a newsbot in VB somewhere that can search the internet and post news headlines that meet some basic search criteria?

One that scours the internet for news? No. You can enter RSS feeds and only have it post certain posts from that feed that have words you are interested in.

It looks like you aren't using a valid feed. What is the URL you are entering into the "URL of Feed" textarea?

lynne,
i was under the impression you just put the basic url of the site but i went there and found they have an RSS feed area. using that made the feed on my site work.
now i've got to decide if i want to put it in a left side column with the forums or in a module with the CMS page.
