Thread font color

how can I change the font color of my thread titles ?

I have spent the last 3 weeks trying ot solve this and spoke to several people about it yet nothing has changed.

I want to change that RED Thread title color to something more appealing and less pressure on the eyes but it isn't in stylevar, you can only change font size and the font text but not color. how would I do this?
