Global Selectable threads

I have looked on the site for a mod but I have not found one.

I wonder if this can be done..

The ability for an admin to select threads for any forum or sub forum and display them at the top of the forum display page grouped by forum or sub forum name?

Any advise is appreciated.:confused:

Ok better idea..

How would one get sticky threads from selected sub forums to show up on the forum home page?
