Assigning Usernames to new profiles

Hi,

I am evaluating vbulletin for a client who has asked about some functionality which I am not sure is available either by default or via a modification.

When someone signs up they want to be able to randomly assign a username and avatar from a predefined list/supply and not let people have the ability to change them. Does anyone know if that functionality/exists or is possible?

I have not seen a modification that does that.
