Visichat from Gchat experiences

I was looking at possibly including this into my site:

http://www.gchats.com/products/24_visichat.html

According to the above link, this software can be integrated with VBulletin.

Has anyone here ever included this into their site and what have been their experiences?

I have visichat on my site. It was working pretty good but now that I have upgraded to a dedicated server I have some bugs to get worked out.
Once they are taken care of, I know it will be great!! I just wish I was more knowledgeable about programming so it would be easier for me.

TBH I find it very very outdated. It was a great chat 5 years ago. But it still looks the same.
