What makes you think it's a mod? He probably just copied and pasted that into his sig.

because i have the mod extra profile field, is possible to call this filed into the signature with the same table of this site?

is impossible...is a mod, because every user have the same signature

Try writing an admin there and asking. You can also try studying the page source for clues.

On larger boards like that don't be surprised to find out it's some custom programming, not a mod available for public use.
