vb.org Archive - Custom form creation w/ VB.

I am running Vbulletin 3.8
So basically I have a custom "php page" set up (using vBAdvanced CMPS).
I put some form fields in there, I was able to make the form submit to itself and collect $_POST variables from the form. Now all I need is how to take this information collected and post it to a new forum thread.
I see (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93970) But really don't need 80% of what that hack does and don't wanna go through the trouble of installing the package to search for that needle in a haystack, I literally just need the method to send my form data to a new thread.

Anyone?
