How can I mouse hover over postbit cell fields & change the color?

I was sort of bored with the standard solid colors of the postbit user info cell fields. Does anyone know how I can change the colors of the cell with mouse hovering? I wanted to do this so users can hover their mouse over and without selecting anything the mouse hover would light up the field.
