Limited threads in fourms

Features:

you can select any forum to make it limit thread for selected user groups
and can`t write any more thread until his count of threads is full
must wait for administrator or moderator to remove thread or move it.
it`s very useful in developmental forums:)

Options:

1. Advanced option limit for each forumid.
2. Select specific groups to enable mod for it.

Thanks you very much BaTaTes , this was exactly what my forum needed. I'm using it in the classifieds where some members put up too many sale threads. :)

BTW, I'm not sure that the English in the $vbphrase[tomahawk_error] was correct so I have changed the phrase to this.

You have reached the maximum permissible limit of <b>{1}</b> threads in the <b>{2}</b> forum. You will have to remove at least one thread to start any more new threads in this forum.
