Security Question Suggestion
 

Hi guys, I have a quick suggestion which should easily kill spam... even with recaptcha and math quiz type questions (even simple english questions), bots were able to break them. However I suggest something like this.

Q: Please type in this word but remove all the spaces in between - v b u l l e t i n

A: vbulletin

My spam count dropped to almost zero with new registrations not being an issue for legit users. Tell me what you guys think.

bots can only do so much, if they are getting past your human
factor questions and answers, then they have human help.

Bots have no idea what color the sun is, or the color of grass....
If bots are answering these questions, then humans are doing it, not bots.

I have not had to change my Q&A once, and if I had too, then it would
be no big deal, change it, then move on...I have a lot of bots that hit
my site, so far not many that I am aware of are able to signup,
and answer human based questions....

Capacha is easily answered...
(as they are random numbers/letters)

not so easy to answer a question that requires a specific response.
