How to allow moderators to change user details and usergroups?
 

Hello,

I need to allow moderators to change the user details (such as email, password etc ..) without providing access to ACP. I tried allowing them to do it via ACP and providng permission only to modify users and disabled all the other permission. but still it is showing them the "vBulletin API key'. And it is allwing them to edit the Menu Tab (Mod : Tabs Add System for vBulletin 4 by vbSoporte).

And also I want to allow them to add users to user groups without requiring to get join request to that perticular group.

Im not sure there is a way to do the above two requirements in standard vBulletin. If not any MODs to do that?

You have to go to AdminCP > Usergroups > Edit the Moderator usergroup and then edit the permissions. Or you can try this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=238189
