Thumbnail Creation Failed after moving to new server!

I am running 3.8.3

I recently moved to a new server.

Everything has been working fine so far, except for thumbnail creation.

After moving to the new server, thumbnail creation is not working

I took a screen shot of the error as you can see below

I did not change any of the options of my attachments in VB.

Any insight on how to solve this issue?

I think that has to do with the image processing library, like maybe the library you've selected isn't installed on your new server. Maybe look at the "Image Settings" in the ACP.

Yes. You are right, I think the new server does not have GD support in the installed PHP.
I'll try to add that.

I had a similar problem, try reinstalling the librar GD by the web host manager of the server is using the option (Apache Update), that was how I could solve on my server, try this option, it might solve your problem.

You are absolutely right. The problem was solved completely when I installed the GD library.

By the way I think that this website vbulletin.org is having the same problem! no thumbnail creation!
