Anyone using Full Text RSS Feeds

is anyone using this on their own server, the instructions for install are for wordpress, I actually emailed them about vbulletin, was kinda shocked they hadn't heard of vbulletin, so they couldn't give any advice how to install

the instructions are pretty standard, you just ftp the source files, there's no xml file, there's a combality file to test if your server will use the script, which my server passes, but when I upload the files it just gives a 404 error, when I run the url
