Anyone proficient with itrader?

We have itrader installed on our site and love it. However, we would like to add an extra field. Right now there is Buyer, Seller, Trader. We would like to add RAOK (Random Act Of Kindness). I asked in the itrader thread but they said it cannot be done. I have seen it on other boards so I know it can be done. Please help!

Maybe try to contact the itrades builder, he should know how to do this.
