Drop down menu

I have a drop down menu, much like 'quick links' and for one of the options, I want to be able to hoover over it and for another menu to pop up to the right of it.

I know this isn't a vB site picture but this is an example of what I require.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for coding as I am not sure what to search for.
