New Style is taking the template from the Old Style
 

When I go to create a new style on my website, it is holding all of the properties from my first Style.

I have even imported a theme found on this website, but it still holds all the same colors from my original Style.

Any idea why or how I can fix this?

some place in settings you have it set to force use default style I would say , have to allow people to see a different style . it may be working you just cant see it

I've checked all the options, and can't find something like that anywhere.

I have allowed users to select themes, but still have the same issue.

Have you used any mobile styles or options?

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with what you mean by Mobile Styles or options.

I disabled all of my addons and this resolved the issue.

Unsure which one was doing it, I enabled them all one at a time and it did not interfere with the style after it was installed.
