How?-Member can Allow guests post

hi

what i ask for is:

i want open my fourm to guests to make post and can reply too
but what i need if i do that is: i want my regesterd user or some usergroup to approve the
guests post not just the moderetor, without give them full contol like moderetor
just approve guests post and replays.

is there any mod can do this for me ?
