Repuation button in postbit? or just making it bigger?
 

I'd like to make the reputation button more obvious to users, since most of mine are really new to forums in general.

How would I go about putting a custom reputation button in the post bit for example?

If that's tricky... is there a way to expand the size of the reputation button under the post? Currently it's only 16x16, I'd love to make it just 50 pixels wide... but not sure where or how I'd do that.
