Help required for adverts

I run a forum, and always looking to improve it.

I visited this site >> www.boostcruising.com and noticed their advert system shows up the adverts as forum posts, but gives the user a control panel in their CP that allows you to manage your
adverts. Ie in their profile shows how many adverts you have running and can mark them off as sold.

Anyone know what it might be?
