OK so first set up the Q/A option in VB pic attached I would add like 5 they will randomly come up that way, bots wont mess with this . then change them occasionally that will stop 99% of the spambots, the other 1% is manual registrations , mostly signature spam

you can just ban any Ips from a link spammer or a signature spammer then delete their accounts
